是这样的, 小妹我毕业后待在一间专招外劳的公司工作,
身心饱受煎熬一年多,
好不容易拿到我一直很想去的大公司的offer,
10/3要到新公司上班,
但我的stem EAD卡迟迟没下来
(旧卡已在7/6过期 )
(6/2 USCIS收到,但status始终停留在case received,已超过90天)
最近上网爬文好像可以拿过期的EAD和receipt转到新公司,
如下:

Can the student change employers while the 17-month
extension application is pending?
Yes. However, if the 17-month extension period has started,
the employer must also be an E-Verify employer.
The student must report the change in employment to his or her DSO.
The DSO must update the student’s employer information in SEVIS
and the student should submit an amended Form I-765 to the appropriate
USCIS Service Center, providing the new employer’s E-Verify number
and a copy of the USCIS receipt notice for the first Form I-765.
A brief letter explaining the submission should also be included.
但这是17个月的旧制的policy, 我想请问板上的大大们:
1) 新制下stem EAD pending的状态下可以去新公司上班吗?
2)怎么说服新公司的HR让我在EAD stem pending的状态下到新公司工作?
3)有人有找到24个月新制相关的官方policy吗?
4)大家是如何解决超过90天但还迟迟没下文的问题?
