各位好，我在三天前上加拿大移民局网站申请eTA，缴费完成后有收到下列email
Your application for an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) has
been received.
A review of your file is underway. You will be advised within 72 hours of
next steps regarding your application.
You can check the status of your application by using the
Check eTA status tool.
To do this, you will need the application number noted above and
details from the passport you used to apply for your eTA.
但是到现在还没收到approval或要求上传document的文件
另外上官网看eTA application status却告诉我找不到我的申请纪录(我有申请代号)
请问有人有发生类似的状况吗? 我是否需要重新申请一次?
或是我可以email哪个窗口询问吗? 网站上也没找到可以联络的方式...
