大家好～我原本在爬oversea_job版但发现这里可能比较适合发问
刚刚稍微搜寻了一下似乎没有相关讨论
我现在在用OPT工作 最近拿到公司的一封信内容是关于帮我申请H1B的
但我看到一段非常疑惑
"In light of Company's time and attention to this matter, and financial
investment in the Visa process, the Employee will reciprocate this investment
by making an employment commitment to the Company for the duration of the
H-1B visa, which expires three years from approval date."
这段是在说因为公司帮我申请，所以我要承诺在这里工作三年？
我知道我当初的offer是at will 双方都可决定要不要停止
而且想换工作有一阵子了 有在想等申请完再走 做三年是不可能的
我没看过其他H1B offer 对于这种要签名下去的都很紧张
希望有经验的人帮忙说明一下 谢谢！

意思很明白，公司资助你申请H-1B，你要做满三年才能走人这是民事契约，你觉得没办法满足可以不要接这份工作

有些公司是没做满还是可以走,只是要把申请费用吐出来,你可以仔细看看合约有没有说明违约的处理方式
