小弟现在是OPT身份工作 下个月想要回去半H1B签证在填DS160的时候有几个问题不是很
确定 ... 希望大家可以分享一下怎么写:
1.) Personal Information 中 要填Home Address 以及Mailing Address.
=>恩 这应该填我在台湾的住家地址吗? 我想应该是? 但是我现在在美国，应该不是要
我写在美国的address, 例如现在要寄东西给我?
2.) Travel Information 下面问我 Intended Length of Stay in US
=> 我是要申请H1B 但是一期不renew的话只有3年 所以应该是先写3年而非6年对吧
(6是考虑+renew)
3.) Previous US Travel Information 下面问
"Are you applying in the same country or location where the visa above was
issued, and is this country or location your place of principal of residence"
=> principal of residence 是什么意思呢? 我是
回台湾的家申请但我在美国工作一年了 这一年都住在美国 之前也在这边念书...
所以我也可以回答yes吗 (过去三年都不住在台湾..)?
4.) Previous Wrok/Education/Training下面 :
=>我大概八年前有用J1当交换学生 那时有一点薪水所以应该也算
previous work experience囉?
5.) Wrok/Education/Training 下面: Have you ever served in the military?
=> 恩 我当的是替代役alternative service) 从没下过部队
在成功岭上三周也跟军队无关。这里填no吗?
6.) 因为是H1B 有Temporary work VISA section: 他说
"Name of Person/Company who Filed Petition"
=>我想应该就是填我雇主(公司)的名子吧? 不了解他问Person的原因是什么
应该不是填我的名子? 我想我应该是petition的受益人 而我公司才是file petition
的人?
