我的H1总算是顺利被Approved了
现在要赶快帮我的配偶申请身分转移
我到USCIS的网站上面找到线上申请的地方
不过填著填著到了
Benefit Request Type:
不管我选
I am applying for a change of status and I am the only applicant.
或是
Members of my family and I are applying for a change of status and we are all
seeking the same benefit.
要转换至的身分都没有H4可以选..
另外想确认一下要准备的东西
护照
I-20
I-129 收据
I-94 (会需要吗？如果他没有收到的话怎么办)
还有没有要一起寄过去的东西..

e-file的证明文件是用扫描的;邮寄表格才是用纸本证明文件http://www.uscis.gov/i-539 官网有写H4不能efile

再请问一个问题我是要缴交290+85吗?H4 是属于V Nonimmigrants还是other filing types

请详读说明书，h和v是不同字母->不同类别
