原先实质GDP为$1,000 再加上增加的$400 即为$1,400
所以答案应该是(d)囉
只是题目中叙述到 G increases to $100 会让人以为是“增加到”100
但原先政府支出水准已经是100了 所以题目要问的应该是“增加”100才是
