差不多知道是怎样的想法 不过还是没办法写成答案

1.Consider the following-point representation.Suppose that the exponent is
stored using Excess-127 representation.(a)What is the maximal number that can
be represented using this format?(b)What is the minimal positive number that
can be represented using format?
他说的格式 是单倍精准
(a)最大值应该是0 11111110 1111.........
(b)最小正数是全部都0吗?
另外回答答案 要用这个格式回答还是要把他转成十进制?
2.Suppose that the ASCII codes for"A"to"Z" are from (41)16 to (5A)16 and the
ASCII codes for "a"to"z"are from (61)16~(7A)16.Assume that character variable
ch stores a lower-case letter.Write a logic expression that applies AND,OR or
NOT to ch to capitalize it(converting"a"to"A","b"to"B",and so on.)
题目的16指的是16进位 因为不会打出小16在旁边 SOR
这题是在考遮罩吧 只要用OR 把第6个位元转成1 就能小写变大写
可是我不知道怎么表示成答案
