大家好 最近在写生化题库 Lehningr有一题关于GLUT 1的计算。题目如下
GLUT1 has a Kt of 1.5 mM for glucose and a Kt of 30 mM for galactose. What concentration galactose would be required to reach the same rate of import as 5mM glucose?
想请问这题该如何解？
要假定Vmax相同？还是可以用Kt = 1/2 Vmax去推出Vmax的比值 再进行计算呢？
