After many thoughts I have decided not to play this year’s US Open. The situa
tion is very complicated worldwide, the COVID-19 cases are increasing, it look
s like we still don’t have control of it.
经过许多思考，我决定不参加今年美网。目前全球情况仍非常复杂，COVID-19案例还在增
加，看起来我们仍无法控制它。
We know that the reduced tennis calendar is barbaric this year after 4 months
stopped with no play, I understand and thank for the efforts they are putting
in to make it happen. We have just seen the announcement of Madrid not being p
layed this year.
我们知道在四个月停赛之后，缩减的网球行程表是非常野蛮/疯狂的，我了解也感谢他们
努力让赛事发生。我们刚得知马德里宣布今年停办。
All my respects to the USTA, the US Open organisers and the ATP for trying to
put the event together for the players and the fans around the world through T
V.

This is a decision I never wanted to take but I have decided to follow my hear
t this time and for the time being I rather not travel.
