John Isner、Sam Querrey、Tennys Sandgren、Taylor Fritz、Steve Johnson、
Tommy Paul、Reilly Opelka；Tiafoe 周五刚出赛、以两盘比数击败 Sam Querrey。
Tiafoe 已退出 All-American Team Cup，赛会宣布由 Christopher Eubanks 替补。
