岗位职责
1、根据集团技术和产品战略，负责研究院分子天线方向的技术架构规划、研发选题、项
目规划与设计；
2、参与研究院分子天线研发项目重大技术决策和技术方案评估，参与立项、结题决策及
项目评价；
3、主责研发分子天线，带领项目团队制定技术方案和开发计划，组织实施架构设计、天
线设计、系统测试等研发活动；
4、研究院院长交办的其他临时性工作。
任职资格
1、通信、电子相关专业，硕士及以上学历，在相控阵天线领域担任过研发负责人或技术
带头人；
2、在相控阵天线领域具有5年以上架构设计、天线设计、射频电路、系统测试相关研发经
验；
3、对相控阵天线领域发展趋势有深入研究，熟悉技术方案评估和开发项目选题，能够从
宏观层面把控项目方案设计。
Major roles and responsibilities
1. (According to the group's technology and product strategy,) Responsible
for the technical architecture, project planning and design of the CRI
molecular antenna R&D center;
2. Participate in the major technical decision-making and technical solution
evaluation of the CRI molecular antenna R&D center, as well as project kick
off, decision-making and evaluation;
3. Responsible for R&D of molecular antennas, leading the project team to
develop technical solutions and development plans, organizing architecture
design, antenna design, and system testing, etc;
4. Other temporary work assigned by the Dean of CRI.
Qualification
1. Communication, electronics related major, master's degree or above, served
as research and development leader or technical leader in the field of phased
array antennas;
2. More than 5 years of R&D experience in architecture design, antenna
design, RF circuit, and system test in the field of phased array antennas;
3. In-depth research on the development trend of the phased array antenna
field, familiar with the technical solution evaluation and project kick off,
able to control the project from macro level.
