【工作内容】
美国Kinestral在台设厂 智能变色技术
享交通或租屋补助5000元(苗栗县铜锣除外)~15000元/月(外县市)
1. Manage a production team to meet output and cycle time targets.
2. Lead and motivate a highly trained and skilled team of operators.
3. Set objectives and goals to improve quality and productivity.
4. Perform regular troubleshooting to reduce cycle time and cost.
5. Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
【其他条件】
大学以上毕业、需具面板或太阳能产业具产线带team经验四年以上者
英文听说读写可(敢开口) 未来能接受日、夜轮班者(做二休二) 轮班津贴另计

苗栗铜锣 中兴工业区 中兴路67号
【上班时间／月休天数】
常日班 周休二日
【薪资】
依个人学经历核薪面议起薪50000元起(此依每个人的学历及资历不定)
、保障年薪14个月 另加交通或租屋补助5000元~15000元/月(定额每月额外补助)
另有绩效奖金分红年薪15%、员工股票分红
