职缺:Technical Account Manager
Our company is looking for a Technical Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining post sales relationships with Spiral Solution’s largest and most complex customers. The Technical Account Manager will be ensuring successful Spiral Solutions deployment and adoption.
This high-profile role reports to the Director of Business development and account management and is based in Spiral Solutions corporate offices in Taipei, Taiwan
Key responsibilities:
· Driving integration projects from tech standpoint and getting customers live
· Customer facing role, managing expectations and priorities from multiple projects
· Experience with defining technical integration design and solution
· Experience with leading technical conference calls / workshops with various team from different region
· Be the main technical point of contact for customer, support team, internal development, QA, or third party providers within an integration project
· Works with PM to drive day to day Integration project timelines, issues, risks and scope
· Troubleshoot 'chokepoints' within Implementation and actively optimizing processes
· Work closely with 3rd party Technical developers/contractors as well as internal teams to provide technical solutions
· Meet deadlines by being very proactive, resourceful and self-educating
· Communicate with multiple teams to provide fluidity of information. Regularly report project progress to management in various forms. Ability to present to stakeholder and management on technical solutions, current issues and progress
· Field new feature requests from partners/customers assess technical feasibility and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to implement solution
· Educate the customer’s technical team to help them develop with our product
· Work well under pressure and able to work on many projects concurrently
· Deliver web based training to user groups to support organizational adoption
· Function as a frontline technical resource for “best practice” and informal customer questions
· Engaging with customer support as a customer advocate to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues
Qualifications/Key Requirements:
· Are least 3-4 years of experience, experience with architecture, networking, integration concepts and patterns
· Experience of leading integration on both frontend (web) and backend (webservices) is a must
· Very solid frontend and backend integration skills, probably coming from development background
· Excellent analytical skills & problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
· Relevant academic background - Bachelor's, Computer science or equivalent experience Computer science
· Gaming industry or online entertainment industry experience would be a big plus
· Fluent English & Chinese
Working hours: 9am - 6pm, 5 days a week
Monthly salary: 70K – 100K
