一般来说做通讯基频的不会来系统厂找职缺
而一般IC厂此领域职缺有限 优秀人才跑去做与所学不符之工作 造成遗珠之憾
所以想借此看看PTT找人的精准度是否比较好
我们希望要找的人 就是对通讯系统有兴趣 并对接触核心有热忱者
采取的策略是找相关领域的毕业生进来培训
或是当年毕业没找到通讯相关缺 但仍有意愿回来通讯领域的人
当然 我们很欢迎高手 若觉得IC厂太操 可以参考 互相切磋
