若你最近感到过于愤世某些事情,那么可能是自身无意识的保护机制启动的缘故。
然你得给自己打剂强心针,随时保持好奇心且环抱希望。

可能是过去的伤痛导致自己始终踌躇不前,因而产生了防卫机制,不去触碰任何可能导致
失望、失败的可能因子。
但有时候,还是得排除这些不安因素,慢慢往前,毕竟你所追求、向往的目标必须排除这
些不安才有可能达成。
Some people see skepticism as a healthy way of reacting toward any kind of risk
or new opportunity.
Although it is wise to research and learn about any possibility that comes your
way , starting out and approaching the issue on a cynical note isn't the best
way to go.
That's because that kind of an attitude is negative and builds up a barrier
between you and what might be possible.
If you are feeling cynical now about some new possibility , it might be self-protective.
But to really give yourself the best shot , you need to be curious yet hopeful
instead.
