不论你再怎么适合,或是再怎么努力的锻炼,终究会有忽略的部分。
举例来说:好比原本是个经验十足的足球员,若突然要你去驾驭马匹并上手,这过程中无
论你再怎么运用技巧,必然会有不熟的地方。
与此同时,呣呣~即便你很聪明并且知晓许多事情,并不表示你能马上驾驭不熟悉或是完全
陌生的事物。
但你可以试着透过练习去让它更加熟稔。
若你现在正因为学习新的事物而感到焦虑、困扰,并不需要过于慌张,而是要认知到这只
是一个过程--理解的过程。
试着寻求协助,或是寻找其他方法。
给自己多点时间跟练习机会,你将会驾轻就熟的。
注1:对于陌生事物感到害怕、焦虑是很正常的事情,“人类最原始的恐惧是未知”对于不
熟悉的事情不妨多给自己机会,无须太过在意周遭人的耳语,你只要知道自己所学所做的
皆问心无愧即可。

No matter how fit you are and how often and intensely you exercise , there may
still be muscles that you don't use.
For example , if you work out playing football , you may not develop all the
muscles you would use when riding a horse.
And , Taurus , just because you are smart and know a lot - does not mean you are
totally capable of taking on a challenge if you have little or no experience with
it.
But you can get there with practice - and that's the beauty of it.
If you are struggling to learn something new , you need to recognize that this
is like a set muscles , so to speak , that you can develop.
Give yourself the time and the chance to do that.
