虽然站长不懂咖啡，又非常少喝咖啡（新闻说台湾人一年平均喝100杯咖啡，
我大概只有1/10），但今天的行程是陪爱咖啡的朋友去探新店，
而我们的目的地是ＰＴＴ台南板乡民开的MIXCoffee。
不过，这篇不是浅草面包的食记，怎么却介绍起咖啡店了呢？
因为，MIXCoffee是单纯的咖啡店，没有任何面包、蛋糕类的点心，
联络了店家后被告知，非常欢迎“自备餐点”过去。
于是，我们在路上就决定带些面包过去，
而浅草就是刚好经过，临时被我们相中的面包店

浅草面包是2005年在高雄起家的平价面包品牌，
在2008年时改均一价的模式经营，现在已经有近30加门市在经营中，
而今天要介绍的永康店，就是位于欧洲世界、丹丹汉堡附近的台南分店。
一进到店内，大大的日式灯笼上写着浅草、钱潮字样相当吸引目光

与一般的面包店差不多，浅草也是自己挑自己夹的购买模式

初乳蛋塔，第一眼看上去就与咖啡很搭，于是顺手就买了几个

结帐食材发现一不小心就拿了一堆，
等等要去MIXCoffee开箱啦（好像哪边怪怪的...

到了MIXCoffee后，店家相当亲切地借了我们咖啡杯盘来装面包，
让照片拍起来更好看了一些。
菠萝泡芙 NT. 22，基本上就是有着拨萝面包外皮的大泡芙

泡芙内馅是香草卡士达，奶香味十足，尝起来也不会太甜腻

滑溜布丁 NT. 25，比均一价贵了两块

打开后发现质地相当绵密，想将其从盒子中倒出来都没办法

底下是焦糖，稍微有些苦味。
因为倒不出来的缘故，没办法让大家看滑溜的感觉，就直接挖著吃了

提拉米苏 NT. 22，经典的义式甜点，上面洒满了巧克力粉

中间的奶蛋层比较松散些，味道上也比较淡。底下有手指饼干层，
不过可能是杯装的关系，吃起来也是较为湿润的口感

红豆杏仁面包 NT. 22，在上头加了红豆粒、杏仁片等配料的面包

撒开后没有看到内馅，吃起来质地松软中带着一丝韧性

初乳蛋塔 NT. 22，外层塔皮是以中式饼皮的作法，吃起来的口感厚实酥脆

上头洒的细糖粉似乎就是名称中雪印的由来

是小朋友很有爱的甜点
