美美冰品果汁部成立于1964年，创业的时候名为夜市西瓜大王，
在新营第二市场的夜市摆摊做生意。在1988年时随着夜市没落，
边迁到了中正路的现址，并改名为美美冰果部，2000年时又改名为美美冰品果汁部。
提供的餐点是刨冰与果汁系列，主要的客群为新营在地人以及市府民治行政中心的员工

内用空间不算大，包括外面有几张桌子，大概只能容纳20个人左右。
而店内的配色相当鲜艳，与美美冰果部的主题互相呼应

点刨冰时的糖水分为红糖与黑糖，而黑糖的价钱比较贵一些

花生牛奶雪绵冰 NT. 40，在香蕉冰上先淋了炼乳，然后撒上花生粒

但店家说那是特价品，想换成绿豆就必须点绿豆牛奶雪绵冰（大） NT. 45+
