今天的海安路好热闹，除了有全国街头艺人大赛的决赛外，
还有国际街头艺人嘉年华的封街表演，所以站长也专程来凑凑热闹、
四处走走拍拍。之后，我往后走到了久违的国华街，
发现屈臣氏对面有家人潮汹涌的小店叫做：“漫步佐敦”

漫步佐敦是一家卖鸡蛋仔的小铺子，而所谓的鸡蛋仔就是香港版的鸡蛋糕。
一样是用面糊在特制的机器中加热成形，但吃起来比鸡蛋糕更脆些

这是目前的价目表。鸡蛋仔与鸡蛋糕另一个不同点就是有口味的分别，
但不是包馅的口味，而是直接在面糊中做文章

制作鸡蛋仔的烤机台，有点像松饼机的感觉，现在正做得是濑户海苔口味

香浓纯蛋奶 NT. 50，基本上就是原味，闻起来是带着鸡蛋与牛奶的香味

吃起来的口感可以分为两个部份来说，首先是圆球状的部份，
外皮酥脆而内部像是鸡蛋糕；再来是是每颗鸡蛋仔中间连接的部份，
吃起来比外皮更脆，有点接近煎饼与蛋卷的感觉

拆开后的鸡蛋仔，三五好友分食的时候很方便

濑户海苔 NT. 50，基底也是原味，不过在制作过程中加了海苔粉，
所以文起来还多了芝麻与海苔香

皇家朱古力 NT. 50，巧克力口味的鸡蛋仔，
应该是在面糊中混入了巧克力粉，闻起来有一些巧克力香，颜色也黑黑的

口味上比较像是巧克力脆饼，是小朋友应该会比较喜欢的味道

甜心粉草莓 NT. 50，顾名思义就是草莓口味的鸡蛋仔，
本以为会比照朱古力的香港写法作草莓呢！

因为是草莓口味，颜色上面当然偏红了些，内部则是粉红色，
吃起来也是小朋友会比较喜欢的味道

四种口味大合照！拍摄的时候本以为所有口味都买齐了，
但后来才发现还有一个起司没买到，可能等下次经过时再买来尝看看吧～
