今年乐活台南一连放了将军沤汪与新市仑顶的木棉花后，
却迟迟没有见到林初埤的游记，很多人问站长是不是今年不写了呢？
其实啊，好酒总是陈瓮底，今年获选亚洲唯一最美花海的林初埤，
乐活台南又怎么可能不来呢？今年，我们一样去了两次林初埤，
一次是3/21周六、另一次是3/26周四，以假日与平日两种不面向的林初埤介绍给大家。
这次的起点依然是小南海自行车道前，
我们停好了车子后准备沿着小南海往木棉道的中心前进。
比较特别的是，今年小南海莲花田的莲花已经开了，
让许多来看木棉花的游客驻足拍照。

其实，在林初埤的木棉花道来没红起来之前，白河区一直是推广莲花的地方，
甚至有个莲花故乡的称号。不过从去年开始，林初埤的木棉花声名大噪，
再加上今年又获得国际上的肯定，让白河莲花相形失色了

不过，白河终究是莲花的故乡，虽然还没道盛开期，
这莲花田的花还是开得相当美丽，
似乎在告诉游客们：莲花才是白河最棒的风景！

莲花田的周围放了很多奇型怪状的蕃薯，也让清新的莲花田多了点搞怪的感觉

今年的白河区活动感觉比去年小一些，
门口的大型稻草人或换成了有着2015白河木棉花的举牌小人（伪）

不愿意入镜的区公所工读生妹妹，拿着台湾之光的看板要大家打卡

摊位的部份倒是什么变，卖著很多热食、饮料与土产等

这里的田每年种的都不太一样，
青绿色的菜田与远处的木棉花道行程强烈的对比

虽然人多，但还是得挤出几张木棉道，不然就失去来林初埤的意义啦！
好不容易趁人比较少的时候，快速地将木棉道入境，然后迅速离开了人海

离开了人潮稠密的区域，我们往木棉花道的后段前进。
今年种植的应该是芋头，大大的叶子衬托了木棉道的另一种美

鸟儿探出头在枝头上蹦蹦跳跳，似乎也想要跟赏花的人们一起凑凑热闹

在另外一头有着林初埤的大招牌，上面被放置了很多木棉的落花

隔壁是一颗大树，下方有椅子让客人歇歇脚。
走了一圈的林初埤，也确实有点累了

大树边是一个小水塘，因为枯水期的关系水位变得很低。
由水塘边往木棉步道往上看，池水、绿叶与红花，又是另一种不同的美景

结束了林初埤的旅程，我们决定到去年也光顾过的钰雪冰枝店来吃冰。
途中经过了南90乡道时，又意外邂逅了竹门绿色隧道。
下车的时候看到了四个大姊正搞不定自拍中，
看见了站长仿佛找到了救星，连忙要我帮他们拍一张与绿色隧道的合照

竹门绿色隧道的两旁是芒果树，
比起上次的174县道上的小叶榄仁隧道深邃了许多，颜色也更加鲜艳

竹门绿色隧道旁特别盖了一个小凉亭，凉亭旁还有竹门的小介绍。
前面还有莲乡自行车道，一整个就是相当适合骑脚踏车漫游的美景喔！
