台南知事官邸在今年的2/8重新开幕，由高青企业进驻经营，
并认养了卫民街地下道，重新打造成艺术空间。
原名为台南州知事官邸，创建于日明治四十四年（1911），
主要为台南厅行政长官之住所，也兼日治时期台湾总督于台南行宫之性质。
知事官邸是一座砖造的精致建筑，座东朝西，高二层楼，建筑主体规模不大，
前后均设有拱廊，中央与两侧均突出成八角状

屋身部份，拱廊与拱柱之砖材均直接外露，其余则粉以白灰泥，红白相间。
在屋顶方面，屋簷有精致之线角，正中央入口之上原有巴洛克风格之弧山墙

站长在3/13的时候拜访了知事官邸，
正逢官邸前的苦楝树开花，很多往来游客都驻足照相

苦楝的树皮呈暗褐色，有浅纵裂纹；
春夏交替的时候会开淡紫色花，圆锥状聚伞花序，花丝合成细管

官邸的右前方有脚踏车租赁，而且特别改装成日式邮便车的样子

二楼空间的风格也如出一辙，不过有一半的区域还没有开放。
另外，由于官邸是古蹟的关系，与林百货一样有访客人数上限的限制

这条地下道连接着北门路与前锋路，记得站长小时候常常在这里跑来跑去。
不过，有一段时间地下道疏于管理，导致成为了阴暗，充斥各式涂鸦和喷漆的化外之地

谈起苦楝树，虽然在台南市区为数不少，但站长还是提供一个比较少人知道的点：
华平路民权路四段的路口，7-11的斜对面有几个废弃老房子，
旁边有两颗花开得不错的苦楝，大家经过的时候不妨找看看吧！
