七月份的时候，永康区中华路上古早人理容的对面开幕的一家锅物料理店
，原本在这个地址的是争鲜旋转寿司，后来搬到了中华路上顶好的隔壁，
而这个地点就由今天要介绍的“杯黑锅”接手经营。
店外观采用了年轻大胆的色彩，而内部则是简约明亮，
又带点家庭式的风格，放眼望去有很多父母亲带着小朋友来用餐

杯黑锅主要的餐点有三类，火锅、烧煲与拌饭，
另外还有一张小单子是意大利面系列

牛腩煲的汤头与一般的川味牛肉面很像，
除了牛腩之外还有油豆腐、蕃茄、红白萝卜、玉米等配菜

汤头的部份是介于麻辣锅与川味牛肉汤头之间的口味，
稍微带点辣但不会呛，喝起来很顺口

菜盘的部份与一般小火锅没什么差异，除了各式蔬菜与饺类外，
比较特别的是中间一丝一丝，略带褐色的珊瑚草

米粒的部份看起来有点大，吃起来也异常松软。拿近仔细一看，
这根本不是饭，而是一种“饭型面”。这种饭型面跟一般吃的
笔管面、贝壳面类似，只是做成饭粒的形状以假乱真，吃起来颇有意思
