垃圾：子母车需自行分类
屋主自租，仲勿扰。站内信或加我line： loludm (纯英文字母无数字)
可自行申请租金补助亦可设籍(但不租时要退掉)，因为我都有诚实缴税>.<
附注：若可以的话，来信若附上简单自介，财力证明，要租这套房的原因，
我会优先带您看房。因为租得便宜，所以我更要筛选租客，
以免租得便宜还要受租客未准时交租或不交租的气>.<
另外我会希望签长约(至少三年以上)。
租金便宜是因为您需要自行负担所有附属配备的维修费。我只想稳定收租。
(因为我的住家离这里太远了，跑一趟的时间损失太大了，
我又育有两儿没空，所以租金便宜，但房客要自行负担维修费，
不过放心，所有家电器具在出租的当下都是好的或新的。)
另外也警告由于厕所旁是管道间，会比较吵。
邻居也可能吸烟，
但因为厕所同排气管的隔壁好像是女生且不吸烟(其实我不认识对方)，
我不希望因为我出租给不好的房客导致对方要搬家，所以禁烟。大楼禁宠。
这份租约要求公证，公证费我出。
电梯式套房，电梯需磁扣感应。内外门，外门可自行换锁。
书桌、床架、衣橱、鞋柜、电视。
冰箱全新且是一级能效，冷气也是三年内变频。
浴室是瞬热式热水器，今年才换新的，且有漏电断路器，可安心使用。
浴室的抽风机有独立开关，不会与电灯连动。
顶楼投币式有洗有烘。
顶楼可晒衣。

因为还没整理，也没有家具，只有一台老旧冷气，原本打算大选完再出租，
但若刚好有人有兴趣且愿意租没有家具的套房，也可以来看。
还有我在同栋地下一楼有独立平面车位，
若车位与套房一起租，算每月一万元就好。
