【工作职缺】
英文客服人员 (跨境电子商务 - eBay & Amazon)
【工作内容】
- Answering customers' email inquiries in a timely manner
- Organizing RMA returns and assess customers accordingly
- Updating customer orders
- Keep track of shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery
- Archiving customers record into database
(Duties not limited to above)
【征求条件】
- Fluent in English and capable to communicate with customers from overseas
without any issues

- Able to be customer focused and liaising with customer needs

- - Able to write in a professional and empathetic manner
(商业书信写作能力, 会提供在职训练)
- Capable of solving problems and utilize the available resources to satisfy
customers
(拥有解决问题的能力, 活用手中的资源帮客人解决问题)
- Have patience and a higher level of EQ (耐心及高EQ)
- Efficiently organize work and time to eliminate overtime possibilities

- Take responsibility for every own decision and action (有责任感)
- A team player
- Basic knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Type at least 30 WPM in English (words NOT characters!)
【工作地点】
台中市西区(靠近光明国中)
【工作时间】
周一至周五 9:00 – 18:00
午休一小时,依个人午餐习惯自由决定午休时间
每周工时超过40小时请写加班费
(加班须先征得主管同意,否则请准时下班充实自己的人生)
【月休】
周休二日(周末不上班)
**可固定周末上班 (周三与四休息) 者会优先考虑但不强求

【薪资范围】
