是由Robert在台中创立的付费英语俱乐部，为多益700以上想要全英文环境的朋友而设计

这次PEC TALKS讲者是来自美国犹他州的Mathieu Volk，目前是Berhan Language
Institute的老师。Mathieu在Utah State University取得B.A. Communication Studies
，并曾在Utah State University Writing Center担任English/Writing Tutor及
Assistant Instructor，他的专长就是沟通技巧，口语表达及problem-solving Skills。

这次Mathieu要讲的主题是"How to Use Fear to Get Your Way." Mathieu说“My talk
will be about how to scare others into doing what you want them to do”
Mathieu将会以他的专长转化为实用沟通技巧，大家绝对能收获良多!以下是Mathieu写的

"Your heart beats faster. Your hands begin to shake. You are afraid and you
don’t know why. Fear is powerful! It is a weapon, it is a tool. But do you
know how to use it? Do you know how it uses you? Mathieu Volk explains how
fear works in the art of persuasion. You will learn how to scare people
effectively and use fear to get what you want. More importantly, you will
learn how others use fear against you and how to stop it or, at least, to
understand it."

1. 讲座全程英文: Robert/Mathieu及与会者都要使用全英文交谈及发表意见。过程中每
个人都会大量发言。
2.名额稀有: 因为参与讲座的朋友会和PEC的正规会员一起听PEC TALK，所以我们每一场
能收的朋友只有一到两个，请及早报名。该聚会是PEC的Olympian (多益900以上)，所以
多益
800以上的朋友比较适合参加。
