第二阶段－预赛：2017/11/25~2017/12/10
本次预赛共有30个台风，除了图片外只给编号，完全匿名。
编号比照北大西洋台风命名顺序，从ａ~ｚ后，接着为α、β、γ、δ。
编号顺序和提名得票率无关，完全按板主自由心证排列。
提名有28个台风，多出来的2个台风为我自己另外提名的，所以共30个。
为了符合匿名精神，名单文全部锁定避免推文讨论各编号是哪个台风，
若有任何疑问，或是图片有误植疑虑，请用站内信告知，感谢！
所有台风都会有IR、EIR、IRBD三张图，每个台风使用的图来源皆相同，
相信有些风迷应该很熟悉，然而同样因为匿名精神的原因，
板主建议请不要花时间去来源网站找每个图片是哪个台风。
投票请按大V，每人可投6票，
预计票数最高的前6名台风将取得决赛资格，实际名额会再依据投票结果调整。
