我是没看过原始的题目，但这样改应该比较通顺
前面是一个名词子句
‘○○公司的员工被公司补偿’
后面才是主要子句
‘如果因工作导致的受伤应该会损害他们的能力’
注意前面是用现在式“are”
所以后面的主要子句是与现在相反的假设，用should
