之前有人问过一模一样的问题，(A) offer 和 (C) offers 都是正确的答案，正式 TOEIC 不会有这种题目，怪物讲师的阅读(part.5)和听力(esp. part.2)有些题目两个答案都正确。Please note that the sentence structure "one of+plural noun/ pronoun + who" takes either a singular or plural verb. (单复数型都正确 ) Yet, aplural verb is more grammatical (但复数型较合乎文法) because a relative prounoun (关系代名词) is closely preceeded by the antecedent (前置词).
