疑问：答案是（A）想请教为什么(C)不行. 我之所以没选(A)是因为图片不是说不臆测
所以我觉得在跑道（tarmac)上滑行（taxing）图片是看不出来的啊. （C)的话
图片上的飞机都是停飞都在跑道上不是比较好吗？

疑问：答案是（D).为什么(A)不行？ 解答本上的说明是因为file作为动词为“提交”
的意思.但是file 作为动词也是有“把...归档”的意思.
剑桥字典也有给这样的例句.

而如果做提出或是发送的意思是用在法庭提出诉讼或是新闻发送报导.
所以是该说症结点应该是在documents 跟a report 吗?
