疑问：为什么是(B)而不是(A)
notice应该算是感官动词, 后面接原形动词不是应该比较正确吗?
还是因为有that引导子句所以应该用过去式比较正确?
那如果题目改成

(A) start
(B) was starting
(C) will start
(D) have started
这样(A)会比较正确吗?
