之前在顾问时间时，
有同学问到整合题在转述教授或主讲同学意见的时态应该为何。
具体来说，他想知道:
1)转述的动词(reporting verb)时态应该如何才正确
(如:应该用The professor "explains", a student "proposes"
还是 the professo "explained", a student "proposed"等)
2)转述子句的时态
如: 当主讲人说"Four parking lots were closed last year"
回答时到底要说
The student mentioned that four parking lots were closed last year 还是
The student mentioned that four parking lots had been closed the year
before
