In my opinion, I would choose training in sport teams although it's good to work in the government.
理由一: 一个理由是运动对学生的身体健康比较有益。
One reason is that sport is more beneficial for students' physical health.
理由二: 此外，运动有助学生排解学习、社交问题或兼职工作的压力。
Also, sport helps students release pressure from studying, social problems, or part-time jobs.
高分范例：
就我的看法，我会选择运动团队训练，虽然去政府里工作也不错。一个理由是运动对学生
的身体健康比较有益。此外，运动有助学生排解学习、社交问题或兼职工作的压力。举例
来说，我大学参加了网球社。这让我忘记我的功课和考试。对我来说，这就像是心灵排毒

In my opinion, I think being truthful is more important than being polite.
理由一: 一个理由是如果我们无法永远告诉朋友实话，我们可能无法点出他们的错误，并让他们成为更好的人。
One reason is that if we can't always tell our friends the truth, we may not be able to point out their mistakes and help them become better men.
理由二: 此外，任何关系都是建立在信任之上。如果我有礼貌却不真诚，人家会把我看成是伪君子。
Also, every relationship is built on trust. If I am polite but untruthful, people will see me as a hypocrite.
