●Many parents give their children money when they get good grades in school.

许多小孩在校考取好成绩，家长会给小孩金钱鼓励。请谈谈优点和/或缺点。

解题思路：
优点: 最大的好处是，金钱会驱使他们更认真念书，因为钱是最实际的激励。
The biggest advantage is that money will drive them to study harder since
it's the most practical incentive.
缺点: 然而，就长期看来，金钱其实是包著糖衣的毒药。
However, in the long run, money is a poison in disguise.
高分范例：
就我的看法，给小孩金钱当作奖励既有好处也有坏处。最大的好处是，金钱会驱使他们
更认真念书，因为钱是最实际的激励。相对地，虽然赞美能够提升小孩的读书动力，对
于那些不再追求父母认同的孩子来说，效用却较为有限。然而，就长期看来，金钱其实
是包著糖衣的毒药。小孩应该要为自己念书，而非为了父母。如果有些孩子认真努力只
是为了从父母那里拿到钱，他们的动力也许会消失，当父母不再给他们钱的时候。

Well, I totally agree with the statement.
理由一: 虽然大部分人二十出头就从大学毕业，拿着大学学历去找薪水不错的工作，
别忘了，有些人付不起大学学费，必需工作存钱，存到足够的钱才能自己付钱上大学。
Although most people graduate from college in their early twenties and use
their bachelor degrees to find work that pays well, we must not forget there
are people who can't afford college tuition and must work and save until
they have enough money to pay for their own education.
理由二: 此外，越来越多人三十几岁或四十岁初才去念大学，因为他们想要精进自己的专
业技能，让自己可以升迁。
Besides, more and more people go to university in their thirties or early
forties because they want to improve their professional skills to climb the
corporate ladder.
理由三: 最后，有些老人家念书是为了兴趣，而这些学生通常学得更好，当他们追求的是
个人兴趣的知识。
Finally, some senior citizens study for their interest and these students
usually learn better when they pursue knowledge in an area of their personal
interest.
