睡着时muscle会很放松(尤其是REM时)
所以upper airway应该是会塌下来而造成呼吸困难才对
但原文是说

这个比喻应该是说进气量太大会导致upper airway崩溃?
虽然答案选对了，
但还是不懂为什么呼吸困难==上呼吸道崩溃?
而且会崩溃应该是说muscle没有维持住呼吸道的大小
但文章只提到muscles help keep the upper airway open
没有说进气量过大muscle会帮忙维持啊?
看了很多次还是觉得这句话很奇怪
