各位同学大家好：我是创胜文教王梓沅老师，在我的托福班里，我观察高分破百的学
生，他们除了一定交作业，不管在上课、下课练习，常常会有的6个共通特质，在此特别
整理给大家，祝福大家也都能考取理想分数！
★托福学霸的六大特质★
1. They identify (找出) and reflect upon (反思) their weaknesses
(不要盲目刷题。在学习里头，quantity (练习量) 虽然有一定重要性，但最后要突破时，quality 比
quantity 重要，一定要认真检讨错误。）练习10篇Independent Writing，倒不如练习3篇，每次都写 first draft, second draft, final draft, 观察其中的变化，记得写出
好文章的感觉和关键点。
2. They take corrective feedback (纠正、反馈) seriously so that they don't
make the same mistake(s) in their future production, or in the future.
(Corrective feedback 可来自两方面：一方面是像写TPO错的题目，这是一种来自考试的
feedback; 另一方面是来自于一起练习的同学、老师等的feedback)
3.They push the envelope (不断突破自己).
(更细的说，练习如果很舒服，那大概没什么效。越辛苦的练习，常常学习效果越好; 例
如，看着 transcript 听，虽然是练习听力很重要的一个步骤。但因为这样的练习相对不
难，挫折感不低，很多同学就一直这样练，最后还是成效有限。真正难的是练习“预测内
容”、“总结主题”、“回想资讯”这种，愿意去做这样的努力的，最后成效通常比较好
。但这些练习，会让准备“有点辛苦”)
4.They think critically about what testing strategies work better if not best
for them.
5.They are aware of the significance of the role of repetition in
learning and practicing, and they, from time to time, practice only one thing
at a time, deliberately and intensively.
("重复" 这件事，扮演着学习很重要的角色。如上头所述，例如在练口说第4题时，如果
前头的定义给的不是很好，可以集中练习这方面的技能。我说“技能”？对，因为托福
虽然是语言考试，但也考了很多台湾同学“母语中文”都做不来的技能，像“总结”等等
。
6.They neither give up easily, nor give in to the ETS easily. They have the
stick-to-it-ness required of a successful graduate student.
