1. 自介：
Hello everyone!
We are a few people who want to improve English!!
2. 对象：
As you are not afraid of speaking in English, you are all welcome~
3. 目标：
Fluent speaking and clear listening English as native language.
4. 原因：
We may/ have to use English in our daily job.
That's why we want to practce English as possible as we can.
5. 地点：
Cafe or convenient place nearby Chungli downtown.
6. 时间：
Usually on the weekend evening and once a week.
7. 方式：
-each of us needs to be the host by turns,
(the host needs to have some topics for discussing, ex TED, movie, etc.)
-It will take around 2hours per time,
-It will be an English speaking time only, so no Mandarin.
8. 范围：
English related is enough. (TED, CNN, Movie, Drama, etc.)
9. 人数限制：
7-8 in total.
(There are 4-5 in routine,
we welcome/ need new comer because some of us could not attend every time.)
10.解散条件：
It doesn't work well either no one wants to continue.
11.运作规则：
The study group will be hold when there are 4 people are available attending.
