Cliffwater LLC is facing redemption requests in excess of 7% from its flagship
private credit fund, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
The $33 billion Cliffwater Corporate Lending Fund is structured as an interval
fund, requiring it to repurchase up to 5% of its shares each quarter if inves
tor requests meet that threshold. If redemptions exceed 5%, Cliffwater has dis
cretion to repurchase as much as 7% of outstanding shares.
据知情人士透露，另类投资公司 Cliffwater LLC 旗下的旗舰私人信贷基金正接获超过 7
% 的赎回请求。
这档规模达 330 亿美元的“Cliffwater 企业贷款基金”（Cliffwater Corporate Lendi
ng Fund）属于间隔型基金（Interval Fund）。根据其结构规定，若投资者的请求达到门
槛，该基金每季必须回购至多 5% 的股份。而当赎回请求超过 5% 时，Cliffwater 拥有
裁量权，可决定是否将回购比例提高至流通股份的 7%。
