it’s delaying its 10-K filing after identifying material weaknesses in its

窝的NYCB，4.25均价，科科。周末有空再来看一下所谓的内部贷款监控到底出了啥问题，
感觉好像有点大条，自从去年并了Signature之后就开始爆出各种问题，但NYCB算是个地
区银行而已，要造成systematic financial crisis的机会目前看来还是很低的。
