以台湾来说的话滞留费(延滞费)是该区港务局制定的费率为主

以下个人看法
基本上这些仓库港务局会出租给储运公司，详细费率可能会再依照储运公司规定收取
看规定超过一定时间未取还有惩罚费这样，现在美国应该是港口货太多整个运不完，进出
口都在抢柜抢仓，搭配全球各种花式塞船塞港，那这些放很久的货品自然会被收取高额滞
留费。
