家人在今年初意外过世，生前有透过券商E-trade购买公司的美国股票，最近跟E-trade接
洽继承的申请，E-trade回信需要我们提供以下文件：
1. An Original Certified Copy of the Death Certificate (with Apostille) *
2.An Original Certified Copy of the Court Documentation (or Court equivalent)
naming the Executor for the Estate or Legal Heir(s) (with Apostille) *
3. A photocopy of the IRS Federal Transfer Certificate Affidavit the estate/cl
aimant will be sending to the IRS.
想请教大家，
第一项应该就是死亡证明？
第二项应该是继承证明，可否提供除户户籍誊本呢？
第三项似乎是税务的文件，但是看不太懂，想麻烦大家帮帮忙
已知中文文件要翻成英文并且法院公证，因整个申请流程实在不熟悉，加上网络上关于海
外证券的继承资讯也不多，只知道好像会花很多时间和
金钱...，无论如何，就当作是帮家人完成最后的任务，恳请大家帮帮忙，非常感谢！
