至于她本人则是UCLA经济系学士 芝加哥大学经济系PhD

当然他们的证词/模型估计不是绝对或唯一的审判依据
但确实是在实务上 非常常见而且重要的角色
我是不知道广明有没有经济学家专家证人 (至少到目前为止的公开讯息没有公布)
但万一还真的没有 这在法庭攻防注定吃亏
因为美国反托拉斯诉讼除了双方律师团上场吵架之外
两造请来的经济学家专家证人也会互相吵架 找出对方模型的漏洞
如果只有惠普有专家证人 那只是在场上被屌打而已
(法律人被经济学家电爆的案例也不是没有)
BTW Debra Aron似乎也是华为找来的专家证人就是了XD

叫做"辩方证人"

这本书主要是在讲证人/被害人的目击证词是有多么的不可靠
作者是认知记忆的心理学专家 常常受"被告"聘雇上法庭
然后把证人或是被害者问到证词前后不一自打嘴巴
其实过程还满残忍的XD (如果是站在受害一方的立场来看的话)
