On Monday, the president trumpeted what he has called “an incredible deal”
for farmers and manufacturers, saying they would be first in line to reap
the benefits of his agreement.

’s tariffs, and it was not clear to what level it would fall.

January and replacing it with December to reflect that the 90-day clock had
already begun.

所谓的90天不是从明年1月1号开始算，而是从12月1号开始算，呃...库德洛自己都晕了吧
白宫自己内部消息就那么紊乱，川普说的跟纳瓦罗、库德洛说的不一致
一个扮黑脸一个扮白脸带风向操作市场，一下说不确定中国购买的美国农产品数额，一下
又说中国会大量购买美国农产品，又说中国同意降低和撤销汽车关税，到底是降低还是
撤销? 我看他们放假消息放到自己都乱了XD

数量创下新高，今年还没结束的情况下，2018年破产数量已经远远超过2008-2009年的经济
危机时期。
突然提到汽车关税原因也很简单，通用要关厂裁员14000之外，福特也说了会裁员70000人
，而且涉及不少美国工厂，故意放假消息的目的就是希望能暂时稳住这两个大公司让他们
放缓离开美国的计划，还有安抚一下破产数量创历史新高的农业主。
题外话说一下，美国债3年、5年期收益率倒挂，2007年以来首次，情况对美国越来越险峻
了。
