钱不够....应是指财富的分配不均 而且是夸张到比上个世纪 共产党把kmt赶跑到台湾
那个时代还夸张 已经濒于共产党能控制的临界点了
共产党还能有效管理大陆是因为对社会的掌控度还够 但难保不会出现官逼民反...
另之所以要在这三中全会中想动农村也是因为 都巿已经搞差不多了
农村还是没什么大变动 但是你又要放宽人口的增加 又要生产足够的粮食...
但要又要持经济成长推动经济建设 (要建设要土地吧....要土地就=要动农地吧??)
对老共来说 要喂饱13亿人口的胃...这个难度 不输给登陆火星吧...
