You may not reveal, share or otherwise allow others to use your password or
Account except as otherwise specifically authorized by Valve.

You may not sell or charge others for the right to use your Account, or
otherwise transfer your Account, nor may you sell, charge others for the right
to use, or transfer any Subscriptions other than if and as expressly permitted
by this Agreement (including any Subscription Terms or Rules of Use) or as
otherwise specifically permitted by Valve.
除非此合约明文许可或是Valve明确许可，否则你不能够贩卖或是向他人收取费用以取得使
用你帐号的权利、转移你的帐号，也不能够贩卖、向他人收取费用或是转移任何订阅内容

9.C
Valve may cancel your Account or any particular Subscription(s) at any time in
the event that (a) Valve ceases providing such Subscriptions to similarly
situated Subscribers generally, or (b) you breach any terms of this Agreement
(including any Subscription Terms or Rules of Use). In the event that your
Account or a particular Subscription is terminated or cancelled by Valve for a
violation of this Agreement or improper or illegal activity, no refund,
including of any Subscription fees or of any unused funds in your Steam Wallet,
will be granted.
Valve可以在以下状况下取消你的帐号或是任何订阅内容
(a)Valve停止提供订阅服务给订阅者，或是
(b)你破坏了任何此合约中的条款。当你的帐号或是特定的订阅服务由于违反本合约、不当
