I was looking forward to play Shogun 2 and Napoleon when I saw the two titles included in the bundle. However, as it turned out, the keys you provided for the two titles couldn't be activated in Taiwan. As disappointed a s I was, I thought that there may be mistakes involved in the process and the region restrictions may eventually be lifted - an assumption that was later confirmed by my fellow countrymen who had contacted you and received your positive response. However, I have just learned from them that you ultimately decided not to lift the region restrictions for the keys and refunded them while letting them keep the keys. So, I am submitting this request to inquire whether I can enjoy the same benefit and get a refund as well.
