因为我想趁Happy Hour买Megicka的组包，所以使用礼物方式购买
但是在购买时系统显示
系统会显示

故无法购买
2. 解决方式：写信到客服回应，运气很好，约30分钟就解除限制可以购买

Your email address 填E-Mail地址
Subject 填问题标题
Message 填客诉内容
3. 参考填写格
名字跟E-Mail地址自己填
我的标题是写Can't buy gift
内容如下（板友引用时可以把游戏名称"Magicka bundle"换掉即可）
I want to buy Magicka bundle as a gift.
However after I enter credit card info,
system tell me I am new user and can't buy gift.
How can I get my account mark as valid?
Please help me solve the problem.
