是一开始认证时的测试费吗？是的话认证好会直接在PP钱包内

没有认证欸 直接从humble刷，每次邮局都会另外寄一个32元刷卡费用通之

一开始测卡的那1镁不会扣款阿 认证的2镁才是放PP内
