【 Key responsibilities 】
- Technical Expertise: developing fast, secure, modern python based web systems
- Communication: Work with our team member to bring clients visions to reality
- Responsibility: Work with our project managers to plan ahead, set deadlines and deliver on time
- Write unit / integration tests for backend / frontend functions to keep code quality
【 Must to have 】
- Familiar with Python or other Web framework (PHP/.Net/Java, etc.)
- Familiar with MySQL or other RDBMS
- Familiar with Web Framework MVC or MTV design
- Familiar with Javascript / jQuery / CSS
- Familiar with Git or SVN or other version control
- Great passion on programming, like to learn new technology and care a lot of coding quality
【 Must to have for Senior 】
- Solid problem-solving skills with proficient attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and know when to seek guidance

Junior:
薪资(年薪): 78~100万
Senior
薪资(年薪): 100~220万 依能力/经历叙薪 技术股可谈
薪资(保证最低年薪，必填项目): 13 个月
年终奖金计算方式: 底薪计算
公司分红: 视绩效与公司营收
工作时间： 周一至周五，10:00am~7:00pm (8小时)，中午休息(自选一小时)
无打卡制度，上下班时间弹性，中午休息时间亦弹性，下午可以自选时间小睡片刻。
加班费制度：比照劳基法

【 现阶段需克服 】
- 由于我们产业正在经历数位化，所以当客户选择GoFreight，仍须以客户需求为优先，进而影响Internal Refactor的时程安排与技术债的累积。目前以优化流程来期望可以改善这一部分在专案管理上的缺点
- 目前不是高流量网站，所以网站架构并非高流量的后端架构，但是未来的架构蓝图是想套AWS ELB+ECS or K8S
