Job Responsibilities
Execute different types of testing: functional, exploratory, end-to-end,
regression, stress and security testing.
Execute both manual and automated testing of the system.
Identify, document, reproduce, prioritize issues on issue tracking system and
verify issue resolutions.
Coordinate testing activities with other members of the team.
Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for
improvement.
Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
Working directly with local and remote teams, analyze business requirements
and formulate testing plans in order to achieve better customer satisfaction.
Create & document detailed and well-structured overall product quality plans
based on functional and technical specifications.
Job Requirements
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and build QA related internal tools (Selenium, Python,
JMeter and the like). Willing to learn new tools, technologies, and
frameworks to develop clean, and maintainable components test automation
scripts.
Problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
Enthusiastic about testing and performance.
Can find and eliminate inefficiencies in users’ workflows (requirement);
willing to ask questions when something is not clear.
Can communicate amiably the value of technical excellence to non-technical
teammates.
A great listener, but willing to speak up when issues need to be rectified.
Experience automating tests.
Effective communication skills, energetic, proactive.
Attention to detail and thoroughness
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to work on both Windows, and Mac environments.
Experience testing mission critical financial trading systems is a strong
plus.
Scripting skills such as Perl, Python and Shell a definite plus.

QA测试工程师 40,000 - 60,000 + option
QA资深测试工程师 60,000 - 90,000(更高面议) + more option
薪资： 14 个月
年终奖金计算方式：全薪计算
工时:
每日工作时间: 9:30AM~6:30PM (八小时) 中午休息(13:00~14:00)
实务上工时及休假更为弹性
每周工作时间: 8*5=40
加班费制度：依劳基法规定
