(这句可能比较不清楚，我想应该是说，在做出一个决定之前，
先深层的从当下的处境跟自己的态度来了解自己到底是在怎样的状况，
然后再选择该怎么行动是符合最高利益，而不是直接受到情绪等冲动驱使做出反应。)
